✅ Eligibility Requirements:

You must bring ONE of the following:

🟨 NOTE:If you're upgrading from a Learner’s Permit to a full Driver’s License,👉 The sealed envelope is NOT required. It was already submitted to the OMV when you upgraded from a TIP to a permit.

Option A:
✔️ Age 16 or older
✔️ Learner’s Permit held for at least 180 days

Option B:
✔️ Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP)
✔️ Sealed envelope containing your completed written test results
✔️ Certificate of Completion from a certified driver’s ed course

 

❌ No test will be given without the proper documentation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

• We do not reschedule Road Skills Tests.
• Please make sure you're available on the date and time you select.
• 👨‍👩‍👧 If you’re 17 or younger, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the test.
